Time to Marvel! JT Hughes to sell three Hyundai Kona Iron Man Editions

You’ve heard of supercars... well how about superhero cars? We are hugely excited to announce the availability of three Hyundai Kona Iron Man Editions, which have just arrived at JT Hughes showrooms. This jaw-dropping crossover has been the talk of the automobile world since being unveiled at the 2018 San Diego Comic Convention in the USA. The car was the centrepiece of an exhibition by Marvel, the iconic comic book publisher.

The Hyundai Kona Iron Man Edition is inspired by the Marvel superhero, Iron Man, who is renowned for his formidable armour, supreme intelligence and unique biological powers.  The striking appearance of the car reflects Iron Man’s powerful presence; contrasting matte grey paint with a red roof for a look akin to Iron Man’s colossal armour.

A giant Marvel logo is also featured on the roof,  combining with red door sill inserts and a red bumper. Iron Man’s glowing eyes are represented by the daytime running lights, and the bonnet possesses a plastic vent which is red detailed. Completing an extraordinary feat of design, the Hyundai Kona Iron Man Edition’s 18-inch alloy wheels have been finished in two-tone red and grey paint.

You can find a range of graphics with official Stark Industries theming on the car’s exterior, while there is also Marvel branding and an Iron Man badge across the full width of the roof. And the totally unique touches don’t end there. Step inside the Hyundai Kona Iron Man Edition and get set to be blown away by the red accents added to the high-end trim, along with themed instrument graphics. Take a look at the dashboard and you will see the signature of Iron Man himself – Tony Stark, as he is known in the ‘real world’. Everything from the gear stick to the seat fabric is a custom design, and the lucky drivers of this limited edition car will also benefit from automatic LED headlights, keyless entry, a sat-nav system and climate control.

The Hyundai Kona Iron Man Edition possesses a 1.6-litre turbo petrol engine which is the most powerful available in a Kona. It uses Hyundai’s seven-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox.

This is truly a ‘see it to believe it’ vehicle, the like of which has never been seen before. Only 300 of the Hyundai Kona Iron Man Edition will arrive on UK shores, and we are thrilled to have secured three of them exclusively for JT Huges customers.
