Hi. Welcome to the JT Hughes Hyundai here in Shrewsbury. Here we have a Hyundai i30. And customers often ask us, "How do I check the oil level in my car?" So first of all, engine off, leave it for a couple of minutes for the oil to drain back in the sump. Check it on level ground as well, and then open the bonnet. Obviously, use the bonnet stay. Keep it nice and safe out of the way. And then your dipstick is just here. So we would withdraw that, and give it a wipe, first of all. And you can see full and low marks on it. So then re-insert it, push it all the way in, and then draw it all the way out. And there we can see the oil level is nicely on the full where it should be. If you find that it has reduced and gone in towards the low level, then please give us a call. So give it another wipe. Pop it straight back in, and then close the bonnet.
