Used Vehicle Secret Offer Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the secret offer incentive ("Offer") provided by J T Hughes Group ("JTH") for used vehicle orders in the United Kingdom ("UK").

Offer Terms

JTH reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice. This may affect all vehicle makes and models available.
To redeem the Offer, present the offer code to our in-store sales advisor.
The Offer is exclusive to used car orders placed within the UK during the specified period. JTH may adjust this period without notice.

Exclusions and Limitations

The Offer cannot be combined with any other agreements or promotions made during an in-person dealership visit.
Excludes all Personal Contract Hire and Business Contract Hire.
The Affinity and Motability schemes are excluded from this Offer.

Order and Valuation Process

Upon vehicle purchase, full terms and conditions, along with a vehicle order form, will be provided.
Online car valuations by JT Hughes are provisional and subject to physical inspection. JT Hughes reserves the right to adjust or withdraw the offer based on the inspection. The company may also decline the purchase of vehicles not aligning with their stock profile.

Offer Restrictions

The JT Hughes Order incentive offer is not valid in conjunction with any other JTH offers.

Taxation and Legal Compliance

Any changes in government taxation will be applied as required.

Amendments to Terms

JT Hughes reserves the right to amend these Terms. Any changes will be communicated upon placing an order with their dealerships.

Consumer Rights

These Terms do not infringe upon your statutory consumer rights.
