We are pleased to announce that our service workshops are now open and we are taking service appointments - and be assured; we are doing everything possible to keep you and our employees safe.
We are monitoring all local government-issued health and safety regulations and taking preventative actions according to current guidelines.

COVID-19 guidance for our service customers

Customer to arrive at the pre-planned time to avoid customer traffic

Only two customers allowed in waiting area at one time

Please sanitise your hands before you enter the dealership and use Gloves provided
4
Please follow the directional signage to the service counter following the markings on the floor and keep 2 m distance from everybody

Place your keys in tray provided

Sit down behind screens on service desk

To ensure everybody’s safety, our staff will be using visors or Face masks when moving Customers cars, plus all touch points cleaned thoroughly

Please bring your own reading material as no magazines will be provided. We have free wifi

When returning, keep to the pre-planned time to avoid customer traffic

All payments done by Card or BAC’S (No cash or cheques allowed)

Unfortunately refreshments will not be available or offered at this time

Keys will be sanitised and sealed in a bag on return

Follow the directional signage to exit dealership and remove gloves responsibly when you get home
