Job Title: Trainee Car Sales Executive (Full Time)

Job Purpose: Support the Sales Team whilst developing the skills, knowledge, and experience to become a fully-fledged Sales Executive.

We have a new opportunity for a Junior Sales Executive and are looking for someone who is eager to start a long-term career with us. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is needed – just a passion for learning and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities: Your main role will be to support the Sales Team by assisting with daily tasks, including handling customer inquiries, moving vehicles, and providing administrative help. You will be expected to offer customers a friendly, professional experience both in the showroom and online. As you gain experience, you will develop a solid understanding of the sales process, from initial contact to completing a purchase, both online and in-store.

You will learn about our products so you can confidently communicate details and help customers make informed decisions. You will also assist with processing orders, managing customer information, and ensuring our systems are kept up to date. Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented showroom will also be part of your duties.

Through regular training, you will continuously improve your skills and work towards advancing into a Sales Executive role. Above all, you will provide outstanding customer service, addressing any issues and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Skills & Qualities: The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eagerness to learn and grow within the business, and a proactive attitude. You’ll be a team player with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm,
• Saturdays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (1 Saturday off each month),
• Sundays: Closed. You’ll also get a day off every other week, averaging 42.5 hours per week.
