Fresh from Frankfurt: New Look Jazz Arrives This Month!

2018 Honda Jazz

More powerful, feature-packed and passenger-friendly than ever – could the new look Honda Jazz become even more popular?

After an unveiling at last year’s Frankfurt Motor Show which set the world’s tongues wagging, the Honda Jazz has arrived at our showrooms at Shrewsbury, Telford and Newtown. We can now confirm its pricing information to JT Hughes customers.

You can drive away the entry-level S grade model which introduces the new Jazz range for £14,115, while a top-grade EX model - featuring enhanced styling, LED headlights, front fog lamps and 16-inch alloy wheels – will be available for £17,115.

The new Jazz dazzles and delights in equal measure, offering a concoction of versatility, refinement and technology. For the first time, the Jazz utilises the 1.5 i-VTEC petrol engine, which is able to switch modes in line with engine speeds, generating unprecedented power and achieving low fuel consumption.

From the very first glance at its unveiling during the Frankfurt showpiece, the new Jazz captured both the attention and the imagination. A new style modelled close to the Honda family’s roots take the Jazz to another level of sportiness while retaining a certain sophistication. A stunning metallic Skyride Blue model is the latest addition to the selection of colours from which Jazz drivers can choose.

Headlining the new range is another debutant: The Jazz Sport. Along with its 1.5 i-VTEC petrol engine, it also comes with a triple-strake diffuser to the rear bumper and sporty red accent line which has drawn comparisons with the Civic Type R. That’s in addition to gloss-black 16” alloy wheels, a tailgate spoiler and Type R side sill skirts. The Sport offers an all-star interior with leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, ‘pinstripe’ upholstery and vibrant orange stitching, giving this model an inimitable feel.

Stepping inside the new Jazz, passenger-friendly perks include a ‘magic seat’ system which offers four modes of maximising space, while safety features incorporate cruise control, City-Brake Active and a rearview camera. Mitsubishi’s touchscreen- and voice-controlled Smartphone Link Display Audio (SDA) infotainment system ensures nobody inside the Jazz will be left short of entertainment.

Paul Tench Group Sales & Marketing Director at JT Hughes Honda said that he expects the new Jazz to continue winning the popularity contest: “With an upgraded exterior and fantastic new features as standard, the new-look Honda Jazz is the perfect all-rounder. Previous models have always been strong sellers and we’re looking forward to continuing this success in 2018. The first cars are due to land in the showroom later this month and we can’t wait to welcome customers to the showroom and see the revised vehicle for themselves.”
